This app allow you to apply blur effect on video and images on phone gallery items or media captured using camera.
Unlike other apps you can define more than 1 areas to blur using rectangle or custom shapes(lasso select/using your finger), you can also define the duration of each area and adjust the intensity of blur filter along with the option to blur selected or unselect area.
Background of image/video can also be changed to make it of specific aspect ratio.

HOW TO USE

✔As soon as you start the app it show you option to select image or video
✔After selection you are asked if you want to select from gallery or capture a new one
✔In next screen at the bottom bar you see 2 options, first is lasso select/pencil blur and the other is rectangle blur, using pencil blur/lasso select you can use your hand to define the area to blur and in the other case you can use adjustable rectangle area, after selecting area to blur press the save button on top right corner and wait for process to finish.
How to enable object tracking

After defining the object area, press the button next to + button in bottom bar.
How to use colour instead of blur to hide object

Use 🎨 in bottom bar and select desired colour.
How to specify more than 1 area to blur

In case of lasso select you can add as many areas as you want using your finger and in case of rectangle you can use + button in bottom bar to add a new rectangle area to blur.
What are different options to blur

You can specify the interval of each area for which to apply blur filter, you can also blur selected or un selected part of video and images.
How to zoom area to blur

First click on 5th button in bottom bar(Hand figure) then pinch to zoom the required area, after that click the 1st or 2nd icon from bottom bar to select proper blur tool and apply it to required place, after you have done then press the zoom button to switch to normal mode.
How to increase processing speed

From settings screen(next to save button) you can choose fast/ultrafast processing speed but please note this will effect output quality.
How to specify duration of blur area

First select the area you want to apply duration by tapping on it(Last added area will be selected by default) then click on clock icon(3rd from the left) in the next screen you can define duration of that selected blur area , you can add more than 1 intervals by clicking the + icon on the top of screen.
How to change Aspect Ratio

यह ऐप आपको कैमरा का उपयोग करके कैप्चर किए गए फोन गैलरी आइटम या मीडिया पर वीडियो और छवियों पर धब्बा प्रभाव लागू करने की अनुमति देता है।
अन्य ऐप्स के विपरीत, आप आयत या कस्टम आकृतियों (अपनी उंगली का उपयोग / चयन करना) का उपयोग करके धुंधला करने के लिए 1 से अधिक क्षेत्रों को परिभाषित कर सकते हैं, आप प्रत्येक क्षेत्र की अवधि को भी निर्धारित कर सकते हैं और ब्लर फ़िल्टर की तीव्रता को समायोजित कर सकते हैं साथ ही चयनित या धुंधला करने के विकल्प के साथ अचयनित क्षेत्र।
विशिष्ट पहलू अनुपात को बनाने के लिए छवि / वीडियो की पृष्ठभूमि को भी बदला जा सकता है।

HOW TO USE 
✔जैसे ही आप ऐप शुरू करते हैं यह आपको छवि या वीडियो का चयन करने का विकल्प दिखाता है
Fter चयन के बाद आपसे पूछा जाता है कि आप गैलरी से चयन करना चाहते हैं या किसी नए को पकड़ना चाहते हैं
You नीचे की स्क्रीन पर अगली स्क्रीन पर आप 2 विकल्प देखते हैं, पहला है लासो सिलेक्ट / पेंसिल ब्लर और दूसरा आयताकार धब्बा है, पेंसिल ब्लर / लासो का उपयोग करके आप ब्लर करने के लिए क्षेत्र को परिभाषित करने के लिए अपने हाथ का उपयोग कर सकते हैं और दूसरे में आप समायोज्य आयताकार क्षेत्र का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, शीर्ष दाएं कोने पर सहेजें बटन को धुंधला करने के लिए क्षेत्र का चयन करने के बाद और प्रक्रिया समाप्त होने तक प्रतीक्षा करें।
ऑब्जेक्ट ट्रैकिंग कैसे सक्षम करें 
ऑब्जेक्ट क्षेत्र को परिभाषित करने के बाद, नीचे बार में बटन + बटन के बगल में दबाएं।
ऑब्जेक्ट छिपाने के लिए धब्बा के बजाय रंग का उपयोग कैसे करें 
नीचे पट्टी में bar का उपयोग करें और वांछित रंग का चयन करें।
धुंधला करने के लिए 1 से अधिक क्षेत्र कैसे निर्दिष्ट करें 
लैस्सो के मामले में आप अपनी उंगली का उपयोग करके जितने चाहें उतने क्षेत्र जोड़ सकते हैं और आयत के मामले में आप धुंधला करने के लिए एक नया आयत क्षेत्र जोड़ने के लिए नीचे पट्टी में + बटन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
धुंधला करने के लिए विभिन्न विकल्प क्या हैं 
आप प्रत्येक क्षेत्र के अंतराल को निर्दिष्ट कर सकते हैं जिसके लिए ब्लर फ़िल्टर लागू करना है, आप वीडियो और छवियों के चयनित या संयुक्त भाग को भी धुंधला कर सकते हैं।
धुंधला करने के लिए क्षेत्र को कैसे ज़ूम करें 
सबसे पहले नीचे की पट्टी में 5 वें बटन पर क्लिक करें (हैंड फिगर) फिर आवश्यक क्षेत्र को ज़ूम करने के लिए पिंच करें, इसके बाद नीचे वाले बार से 1 या 2 आइकन पर क्लिक करके उचित ब्लर टूल का चयन करें और इसे आवश्यक स्थान पर लागू करें, आपके द्वारा किए जाने के बाद फिर दबाएं सामान्य मोड पर स्विच करने के लिए ज़ूम बटन।
प्रोसेसिंग स्पीड कैसे बढ़ाएं 
सेटिंग्स स्क्रीन (बटन को बचाने के बगल में) से आप तेज / अल्ट्राफास्ट प्रसंस्करण गति चुन सकते हैं लेकिन कृपया ध्यान दें कि यह आउटपुट गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित करेगा।
धुंधला क्षेत्र की अवधि कैसे निर्दिष्ट करें 
पहले उस क्षेत्र का चयन करें जिसे आप उस पर टैप करके अवधि लागू करना चाहते हैं (अंतिम जोड़ा गया क्षेत्र डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से चुना जाएगा) फिर अगली स्क्रीन में घड़ी आइकन (बाईं ओर से 3) पर क्लिक करें आप उस चयनित ब्लर क्षेत्र की अवधि को परिभाषित कर सकते हैं, आप कर सकते हैं स्क्रीन के शीर्ष पर + आइकन पर क्लिक करके 1 से अधिक अंतराल जोड़ें।

आप 4 वें विकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं


विभिन्न आकारों, विकल्पों, पहलू अनुपात के साथ छवि और वीडियो पर धब्बा प्रभाव लागू करें।
